If you enable the candidate-pool option, authorized staff may recommend your profile to a verified organization and relevant opportunity. You may disable this option for future use.

Hiring decisions

The advertiser is responsible for interviews, selection, offers and contracts. The platform does not make a solely automated employment decision on behalf of both parties.

Your rights

You may update your profile, withdraw optional consent, or request access, correction or deletion subject to legal obligations.
