Terms and Conditions
These terms govern use of Noqtet Wasl as a technology intermediary for opportunities, learning, projects, volunteering, impact and related communications.
1. Platform role and no representation
Noqtet Wasl is a technology intermediary that enables publishing, discovery, applying and permitted communications. Unless a separately managed service is expressly agreed in a written agreement, it is not the employer, training provider, charity, seller, buyer, agent, broker, guarantor, financial intermediary or contracting party in a transaction between users. It does not provide services on behalf of either user merely because an opportunity, profile or message appears on the platform.
2. No implied relationship
Using the platform, creating an account, publishing an opportunity, applying, matching or communicating does not create an agency, employment, partnership, joint venture, fiduciary, credit, distribution, franchise, exclusivity or authority-to-bind relationship between Noqtet Wasl and a user, or between users. Any offer, payment, employment, training, volunteer, sponsorship or commercial arrangement must be confirmed directly by its actual parties under their own applicable terms.
3. No candidate or volunteer fees
Job seekers and volunteers are not charged for creating an account, applying or accepting an opportunity. Advertiser packages or clearly priced third-party courses may be offered. Never pay an advertiser for a job or volunteer opportunity and report suspicious payment requests immediately.
4. Eligibility, accurate information and acceptable use
Users confirm that they are at least 18 and that submitted information is accurate and lawfully used. Impersonation, fake opportunities, undisclosed data collection, candidate-fee schemes, pyramid marketing, harassment, unlawful discrimination, malware, scraping, credential sharing, unauthorized automation, data resale, security testing without written permission and illegal or unlicensed activity are prohibited. Users must not collect or use another user’s information outside the stated opportunity and lawful purpose.
5. Advertiser review
Advertisers may be asked for identity, authorization, registration, tax or licensing documents. A verified label only confirms the review performed at that time; it is not a government endorsement or a guarantee of solvency, opportunity quality or outcome.
6. Responsibilities
The advertiser is responsible for the legality and accuracy of the opportunity, selection, contract, compensation and safety. Applicants remain responsible for reasonable verification before sharing additional information or attending interviews. Mandatory legal liability is not excluded.
7. Moderation, intellectual property and accounts
We may review, request changes to, suspend or remove content or accounts, preserve necessary evidence and cooperate with competent authorities where fraud, harm or unlawful conduct is suspected. The platform software, brand, layout and original content are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. Users retain rights in their lawful submissions, while granting the limited permission needed to host, display to authorized recipients, review, secure and operate those submissions. Rights notices or takedown requests must identify the work, the location and the authority of the requester.
8. Packages
Advertising limits, duration, applicant limits and renewals are those displayed in the account when ordered. Free offers may be amended or discontinued prospectively and do not create a permanent entitlement.
9. Electronic records, legal framework and contact
The platform is designed with reference to the Egyptian personal-data protection framework, including Law No. 151 of 2020, and the Egyptian electronic-signature framework. This reference does not state or imply government approval, licensing, registration, certification or automatic compliance for every activity, record or transaction. A click, account action or platform record is not represented as a qualified electronic signature unless the parties separately implement the required lawful process.
