Submit a complaint

Use the safety page for suspicious opportunities or communications, or email operational complaints to info@noqtetwasl.com.

Information needed

Provide the account, application or opportunity reference, relevant dates, a factual description and the requested outcome. Never send passwords or payment-card details.

Review

Complaints are logged, classified and assigned to an authorized owner. Additional information may be requested, evidence may be preserved and temporary protective action may be taken where there is a security risk.

No retaliation

Good-faith reporting is not penalized. Deliberately false or malicious reports may result in account or legal action.
