How to write a professional CV that improves your interview chances

September 1, 2026

A practical guide to a clear, readable CV suited to the Egyptian and Gulf job markets.

Start with a clear professional summary

In three or four lines, state your specialization, years of experience and the main results you have delivered. Avoid generic claims and tailor the summary to the role.

List experience from newest to oldest

Start with your latest role, then give the title, company, dates and core responsibilities. Turn duties into understandable outcomes whenever possible.

Use relevant job language

Review the vacancy description and include skills and terms that genuinely apply to you. Do not copy claims you cannot support or send one unchanged CV to every role.

Check presentation and contact details

Use a readable layout, verify your phone, email and portfolio links, avoid unnecessary sensitive data, and save the final version as a professionally named PDF.

Note: Use your Noqtet Wasl account to complete your profile and follow opportunities. Never share passwords or verification codes.
